The countdown to Optics & Photonics in Sweden 2026 has begun! From 6–8 October in Norrköping.  Preparations are well underway, and we look forward to bringing together researchers, industry representatives, students, and photonics enthusiasts from across Sweden and beyond.

Extended deadline for poster abstract submission 21 September!
Are you working on exciting research, a new technology, or an innovative application in optics and photonics? We encourage researchers, PhD students, and students to submit a poster and share their work with the community. It’s a great opportunity to present your research, get feedback, and connect with potential collaborators.

This year PhotonicSweden will arrange OPS-2026 at the Museum of work in Norrköping, Sweden with academic and industrial presentations along with an exhibition and poster sessions.

The event is co-organized with Linköping University and AgTech Sweden

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

For Optics & Photonics in Sweden 2026 which will be held 7–8 October 2026.

Abstracts shall be sent to [email protected]

Extended deadline for abstracts: 21 September 2026

Authors are requested to submit an abstract of a half to one page (font 11, including figures and references). Contributions will be accepted for poster presentation.

Required poster size: The posters should have a maximum size of DIN A0 (841 x 1189 mm) preferably in a portrait format (not landscape format). Pins and similar pads will be provided by the organizer.

All authors are requested to register for the meeting separately from abstract submission. Please click “Poster presentation” when you register.

Students and posts docs are eligible for the best poster award, if you are a student, please indicate that on your abstract.

The best poster will be awarded with 3,000 SEK

The second and third prize will be awarded with 1,000 SEK

Printed Electronic Arena

PEA is an innovation cluster, bringing academic research findings and industrial applications and needs closer. PEA is operated by RISE, Research Institutes of Sweden, which is a multidisciplinary research institute with 2700 employees. RISE operates more than 100 testbeds. PEA exists thanks to our funding partners and collaborators.

PEA is an arena for innovation where RISE collaborates tightly with Linköping University and the Laboratory of Organic Electronics.
